I am a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator who provides private Mediation services for represented and self-represented parties. As a Family Law litigator for over 15 years, I have the ability to provide creative resolutions to difficult conflicts and promptly prepare comprehensive settlement agreements.
I will play the devil's advocate, so a party can evaluate the strength of their position, and I will point out a party's risk vs. reward on the settlement of a given issue. I can conduct Mediations in person at a location of your choice. My Mediation rates are $240.00 for the first two hours, and then $200.00 per hour with a two-hour minimum and a 24-hour cancellation policy. Zoom Mediations at Discounted Price
I also offer Zoom Mediation for a flat rate of $240.00 for the first two (2) hours. If the parties wish to Mediate for more than 2 hours, the $200.00 per hour rate will apply at the end of the first two (2) hours. If the parties are able to come to an agreement during the Zoom Mediation, I have the ability to prepare the Settlement Agreement and send the agreement to the parties via DocuSign, so that the parties can have a fully executed Settlement Agreement on the day of the Mediation.
